In the same way that Arrow is committed to delivering strong, sustained economic performance, the company strives to improve the quality of life of the host communities in which we work and live. We understand that our long-term success goes hand-in-hand with enhancing broader community and social wellbeing. With this in mind, Arrow established its Brighter Futures Program in 2007 to provide up to $100,000 in financial support each year to sporting, civic, environmental and cultural initiatives based in Dalby, Moranbah and Brisbane
The ideas and insights of our diverse set of stakeholders play a fundamental role in the development of our program each year. We continually search for new ways to increase dialogue with employees, government, civic representatives, and social welfare organisations to solicit feedback that helps us to improve the relevance, engagement and effectiveness of our citizenship commitment. We plan to deepen our partnerships with these stakeholders year over year to help shape better communities, and in turn a better world for future generations.
